Since 1997 Panaderías Del Milenio has been serving warm loafs of bread, assorted pastries and delectable sandwiches to the people of Salinas. The bakeries are now part of the history of this southern coastal town. The owner, Don Héctor Cruz Pagán, has two establishments located in two key points of the town. Del Milenio Playa is located right on the coastline—right between seafood restaurants and tourist attractions—while Del Milenio Pueblo is located on the main road of the town.
